Potex was introduced to the Malaysian market through Potex Industries Sdn Bhd reg. 199401011855 (297534-X), which commenced operations in 1995. On February 5, 2008, Potex became a DOE Industries Sdn Bhd reg subsidiary.
With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing fittings, DOE is Malaysia’s leading local producer of chrome-plated brass fittings and exports its products to numerous countries. The DOE factory is in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.
Our facilities include comprehensive services such as research and development, manufacturing, and technical support for a wide range of sanitary ware products. Potex Industries Sdn Bhd markets the brand POTEX, and CARAVAGGIO, sanitary ware.

Product Features
- Potex sanitary wares meet water-saving requirements and feature dual flush mechanisms with 3-litre and 6-litre options, complying with Malaysian standards.
- The latest Rimless WC design combines vertical and horizontal water flow, effectively flushing the entire inner surface without splashing, ensuring quiet operation, and offering easy cleaning.
- Selected Potex WC pans require only 4 litres of water for a full flush, enhancing water efficiency.
- The internal traps of WC pans are designed for a semi-siphonic effect, producing suction at the end of the flush cycle. These traps are also glazed for efficient flushing and antibacterial purposes.
- Potex wares feature up to six layers of glazing to enhance gloss and surface quality, preventing color fading and water stains, common in public and commercial toilets.
- Each ware is produced with a minimum thickness of 10mm to ensure structural durability and prevent issues such as hairline cracks or chips during delivery and handling.
- Potex sanitary wares are widely utilized in commercial, residential, and government projects.
